All gaming servers listed on The Service are ranked based on unique Customer votes, Premium and VIP subcriptions plans. Customers agree not to use automated voting mechanisms, proxies, or use any other unfair methods to manipulate rankings. The Service reserves the right to reset votes, suspend accounts, remove listings found in violation of this policy or use any other means to prevent unfair voting.

All content, trademarks, and materials provided by The Service are the intellectual property of The Service. Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use The Service in accordance with these TOS. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of content is strictly prohibited.

In case of damages to the Service, caused by Customer, Customer agrees to compensate all damages to The Service, caused by Customer.

The Service reserves the right to terminate or suspend Customer's access to The Service at any time, with or without prior notice, for any violation of these TOS or other reasons deemed appropriate by The Service.

These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvian Republic. Any disputes arising out of or related to these TOS shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Latvian Republic.
